Who we are

CyberShapers is a business run by its founder, Gokul, in Ahmedabad, India. Contact for anything in this notice: info@cybershapers.com.

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form: your name, email, the service you selected, your message, and optionally your company and team size. We use these only to reply to you and discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your request (steps before a contract) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
• Campaign source: if you arrived from a link with tracking parameters (such as utm_source), the landing page and referring site, we attach these to your enquiry so we know which channels work. They are stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, until you send the form.
• Country: derived from your IP address by our hosting provider and added to the enquiry email. We do not store your IP address.
• Analytics: only if you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed and actions such as button clicks and form submissions, using cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing and spam protection)
• Resend (delivering the enquiry email to us)
• Namecheap Private Email (our mailbox)
• Google (analytics, only with your consent)

Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case we keep records as required for contracts, invoicing and tax.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the EU/UK GDPR, the UAE PDPL or US state laws such as the CCPA), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Email info@cybershapers.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Client data

Data you share with us during a project is covered by our project agreement and any NDA, not by this notice. We never publish client names, figures or screenshots without written permission.
